For its head office, MERKUR CASINO is immediately looking for a:

HR Employee

For a minimum of 24 hours per week in Hoofddorp.

For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to support the current HR team. In this position, you will work as an HR employee with a variety of HR-related and light administrative tasks. You master various processes, procedures, policies and are up to date with the latest HR-related laws and regulations. Your work therefore requires you to be focused, structured and meticulous.

The work consists of:

• Supporting the HR Manager;
• Various personnel administration
• Recruitment and job interviews
• Training and staff development
• Correspondence
• Light administrative work

We require:

• At least an MBO education in the direction of HR/P&O;
• You have up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legislation and regulations;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (verbal and written) and English is a plus;
• Stress-resistant, proactive and results-oriented;
• Flexibility and you like taking on challenges;
• Customer-oriented attitude towards our employees;
• Living in the region.
