About the Job

The job consists in supporting in managing global content hub with AEM. Assist in creating and distributing newsletters via SFMC. You will ensure the website functionality and smooth operation, optimizing for user experience and engagement. You will collaborate with internal / external partners for technical issue resolution, content quality and effectiveness.

You will gain proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management and optimization, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for newsletter creation and distribution. You will develop technical troubleshooting skills and provide support for marketing technology platforms. Finally, you will handle change and new development requests through collaboration with IT and Data counterparts, translating user needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories for deployment.

You are a Digital Marketing/Communication or Computer Science student. You have experience with and affinity for web design, video editing, graphic design, Microsoft Office. Experience with digital asset management preferred. You are eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies and you have project management skills.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

• Ideally available to start in July for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - oral and written;

• You are able to work from Hoofddorp office (Hybrid working)

• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
