Job Purpose


We are looking for a Sales Representative for the professional Yacht market, (yards & applicators) outside the SuperYacht segment and responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers relations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Acquire new customers (yards & applicators) and manage a portfolio of current customer relations in the BeNeLux area.
  • Identify and develop new customer relations in line with business development plans/targets.
  • Systematically identifies business opportunities and will work on resolving existing and/or potential challenges.
  • Works in close cooperation with the distributors in the market, and pinpoints gaps and resolves these and works with the Area Sales Manager to provide a sustainable solution.
  • Monitor sales against agreed targets and implement remedial actions where necessary.
  • Deliver periodical progress reports and proactively submit recommendations regarding improvements in the approach to the marketplace.
  • Systematically updates CRM with valid, accurate and complete customer-related information.
  • Co-operates with Technical Representative in educating customers on technical requirements of available product lines, IT support tools and non-paint assortment.

Experience


You will bring your expertise in managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and resolving potential problems.

  • Application experience (spray & roll) with paint products.
  • Ability to adapt quickly the features and benefits of the available products/services.
  • Ability to educate customers on technical requirements of available product lines, IT support tools, and non-paint assortment.
  • A hands-on mentality and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to talk and walk on different levels of communication.
